Annual Student Art Show
The Blackford County Arts Center of Arts Place located at 107 West Washington Street in Hartford City, Indiana will be presenting the artwork of Blackford County High School & Blackford County Middle School students from February 28 – April 7. There will be a reception on Sunday, March 13th from 2 – 4 PM.
