The Cold Hearts bills itself as a honkytonk, outlaw and classic country music band. The five-member band includes Andy Frantz, a Jay County native, on lead guitar and backing vocals. Jarod Stillwell provides lead vocals and rhythm guitar, with Cory Brown on pedal steel, Bill Pemberton on bass guitar, and Robin Steele on drums.
Major funding for the free summer amphitheater series is provided by The Portland Foundation and the City of Portland.
