Arts Place is a regional provider of arts experiences to East Central Indiana and West Central Ohio through our three centers: the Auglaize/Mercer Center in St. Marys, the Blackford County Arts Center in Hartford City, and the Jay County Campus of Arts Place in Portland, Indiana.
