Letters Aloud presents “All Our Best”

Letters Aloud was founded in 2013 as a way to connect modern audiences to a rapidly disappearing form of correspondence…the written letter.

Hosted by founder, Paul Morgan Stetler, Letters Aloud is a curated reading of letters, which center around a chosen theme. Accompanied by live music and a compelling multi-media presentation, these carefully selected letters are read aloud to an audience by some of Seattle’s most accomplished actors.

“ALL OUR BEST”
PERSEVERANCE IN TIMES OF STRUGGLE

“ALL OUR BEST” presents a fascinating collection of letters from people writing about their experiences in times of pandemics, civil rights activism, societal uncertainty, and more.
Featuring missives from Frederick Douglas, Mahatma Gandhi, Margaret Mitchell, W.E.B. DuBois, EB White, Jackie Robinson, and a well-meaning postal worker named Josh, these offerings show us the need for steadfast hope and enduring meaning — and generous doses of humor — when times are particularly tough.
